Imports and scanning make adding your collection easier.
An AI companion when you want it, sharing you choose, and exports to keep you in control.
Your video games, films, books and music in one library that knows what you own. Stop rebuying what you already have: scan a shelf, import Steam, ask the AI companion. Web, iOS, Android, and your data stays yours.

Three shelves of Blu-rays, a four-digit Steam library, manga overflowing, vinyl filed back-to-front: you accumulate for twenty years, then end up buying things you already own. You no longer remember what you have, what you finished, what you loved. The pleasure of collecting drowns in the noise.
Existing tools cover one universe at a time, badly, or not at all. They treat a collection like an accounting inventory instead of a personal heritage. Collectalys starts from the opposite premise: your collection is a living memory, and a decent tool should let it breathe.
Everything you own in a coherent library. Multi-platform tracking, market value, progress, editions, formats: each universe has its specifics, and all of them speak the same language.
Not a checklist: three tools that change what owning a collection feels like.
An AI powered by Anthropic's Claude, aware of your entire collection. It tells you anecdotes about your games, suggests what to watch tonight depending on your mood, analyses your taste ("60% action, try X"), and chats freely about franchises and works. A personal curator who has read your library.
Take a photo of your shelves. The AI recognises games, Blu-rays, books and records on display and adds them to your collection. What used to take a day of manual entry takes a few minutes. The EAN/UPC/ISBN barcode scanner remains available for two-second single additions.
Friends added through short codes, per-friend custom sharing (you decide what each one sees), activity feed, comments, notifications. You can also keep everything private: nothing social is imposed. A ~120-badge system rewards milestones and curation choices.
Collectalys is launching soon. Join the waitlist: you'll be among the first to get access, plus a free month of Curator.
Everyone starts free. You pay when your collection or your usage outgrows the limit, never before.
Exact thresholds and final features per tier will be locked at Collectalys public release.
The features are ready. The interface is being refined before opening to the first testers. Sign up for an invitation to discover Collectalys and share your feedback. We will let you know when access is confirmed.
Yes, no caveats. You can export your full collection at any time (CSV, JSON, XML, PDF depending on the plan), delete your account in one click, or request a backup. No data is sold, no advertising profiling, no third-party trackers. European hosting, GDPR compliant by design.
No. The auto-import recognises your Steam, GOG, Epic Games, Itch.io and CLZ libraries within minutes, with covers, metadata and play time pre-filled. For physical items, the shelf scanner and EAN/UPC/ISBN barcode scanner do the rest.
Only when you talk to it, and only within the scope of that conversation. No public model training on your data: Claude (Anthropic) runs in application mode, not collection mode. You can disable the AI companion at any time in settings.
No problem: the social side is fully opt-in. No friends added without your consent, no public profile by default, no discovery feed based on what others own. Collectalys works perfectly well as a strictly personal tool.
A spreadsheet doesn't recognise your shelves from a photo, doesn't track market value in real time, doesn't talk about your collections. Existing apps cover only one universe, or several without cohesion, or feel stuck in 2010. Collectalys handles your four universes together, with the tools this decade allows.
