Purpose
These terms of use ("Terms") set out the rules applicable to anyone accessing the website ynelys.com. They do not create a contractual obligation for mere browsing, but they apply as soon as you use the services offered (waitlist registration, contact form).
Site access
Access to the site is free of charge. Costs related to access (hardware, internet connection, etc.) remain your responsibility. Ynelys endeavours to keep the site available 24/7 but cannot guarantee continuous availability during maintenance, outages, force majeure (as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code) or third-party interventions.
Waitlist registration
Registration is open to anyone aged 15 or older with a valid email address, in accordance with Article 45 of the French Data Protection Act. For minors under 15, parental or legal-guardian consent is required. By signing up, you consent to receiving communications related to the launch of the service. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by writing to hello@ynelys.com.
User obligations
By using the site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information
- Refrain from attempting to access restricted areas of the site
- Not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or improper purposes
- Not disrupt the site's operation (viruses, denial of service, unauthorised automated scraping, systematic content extraction)
- Respect Ynelys's and third parties' intellectual property rights
Intellectual property
The site, its structure, content and visual identity are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited. See the legal notice for details.
Liability
Ynelys cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site, including inability to access, data loss, intrusion or presence of viruses, except in the event of gross or wilful misconduct on its part.
Changes to the Terms
Ynelys reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Minor changes (editorial clarifications, contact updates) take effect upon publication online. Substantial changes (scope change, new user obligations, right restrictions) will be announced on the site and, where applicable, by email to waitlist subscribers at least 15 days before they take effect.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and continue to apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting an amicable settlement, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Annecy (Haute-Savoie, France).
